NEW to Ballyhoo Birthday Parties..!
Ballyhoo has teamed up with Venture New Generation Portraits to bring you the ultimate birthday experience. As part of your party bundle you will also receive a Venture Experience Gift card, valid for two months after your party has taken place. Available to all our party packages your Venture Experience includes:
- A fun filled studio session, where Venture's expert photographer will capture stunning images of you and your family
- A Private Preview, where you will be presented with the best images of your session
- A gift photo from your session or money to put towards a wall portrait
Below is a break down of the packages we offer.
Toddler Party £ 6.50 per child
A great option for pre-school children. The party is geared more around the parents running the party and is a wonderful introduction into Ballyhoo birthday experience. The parties are only available to book Monday - Friday term time, starting between 10:00 and 13:00.
More often than not this means that school children will not be in the centre, so your little ones will be able to play around children their own age, although this cannot be guaranteed. We operate in line with the Gloucestershire State Schools calendar so please download our timetable to check peak and off peak trading.
Our toddler party includes:
- Two hours at Ballyhoo
- Invitations
- A Ballyhoo balloon for each Child
- Sandwiches, Crisps and Biscuits
- Unlimited Squash
- A Family pass for a complimentary play session the next time you visit
- Venture Portraits family gift experience. Please note this is restricted to one family per year
Our toddler parties require a minimum of 8 children
Ballyhoo Birthday Experience:
Our party hosts will greet each child and sign them in. They will then take food orders (hot menu only) and welcome the children to the centre. As part of our on going efforts to make each child feel as safe as possible, we will explain the "rules of play" to the children before letting them head off to play.
The children will be watched over by the party host, who will endeavour to ensure that every child at the party has a fantastic time. Mums, dads and carers are more than welcome to stay and join in and we offer free tea and coffee to the birthday child's parents.
The party session will last for 2 hours, at approximately 30 minutes before the end of the session the party host will call the children up to the party room where they will have their party feast.
